Nancy Spencer is the Multicultural Banking Director responsible for designing and executing the enterprise strategy to deliver on Huntington’s purpose and Welcome experience to all customers. She began her career with Huntington in 2011. Nancy is the former Hispanic Business Resource Group Enterprise Lead, elevating Hispanic colleagues’ voices and empowering our vibrant communities.

She is a Consumer & Business Banking Women 4 Women Leadership Council Member and previous Women’s Network Chicago Chapter lead championing women colleagues in their personal and professional journey, a New Moms Board of Directors Member & Treasurer advocating to strengthen families experiencing poverty by putting young

mothers in control of their goals to unleash their potential, a Mujeres Latinas en Accion Board of Directors Member advancing initiatives that promote entrepreneurship, domestic violence support, community engagement and leadership.

Nancy is a University of Illinois @ Urbana-Champaign alum with a major in Finance and minor in Spanish from Universidad de Granada in Granada, Spain. She is also a Native Chicagoan and proud daughter of Mexican immigrants and is passionate about her family – husband, Dan, and three children: Sofia, Max & Mateo (twins).
