Martha Martin is a Talent Insights Analyst with Elevance Health. She supports the Elevance Health Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team. Some of her responsibilities include developing DEI scorecards, evolving DEI metric strategies, and measuring ROI of DEI initiatives/programs. Prior to joining Elevance Health, Martha worked with Kindred Hospitals and Humana. She has over a decade of experience working with healthcare organizations and specializing in data and analytics. Martha has a BA in Economics from the University of Kentucky and is currently pursuing her MBA from Purdue University.  She was born and raised in Los Angeles and currently resides in Louisville, KY. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Larry, and their son, Lucas, exploring the outdoors.
