Marc Colón is a Program Manager of the MBA Development Program at Vanguard. In his role, Marc is driven by the opportunity to introduce and develop future Senior Leaders that will contribute to Vanguard’s next chapter. Through the program, Marc finds that there is significant opportunity to simultaneously contribute to strategic priorities across the enterprise and the individual journey of each participant as they seek to fulfill their aspirations. Prior to Marc’s current role, he attained his finance degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has served Vanguard in various capacities including beginning his career in 2016 as an Investment Brokerage Professional in our retail division, transitioning to leadership, and fulfilling transformation efforts aligned to modern work practices. As Marc reflects on his career journey, it is no surprise that he finds value in supporting others as they navigate theirs.

Throughout his career at Vanguard, Marc has enjoyed the opportunity to supplement his responsibilities with volunteer programs including serving as an ambassador for the My Home Economy program in an effort to introduce financial literacy resources to families at home and a Program Manager for a Fellowship intended to increase the diversity of the talent pipeline within the Sales industry. Marc’s volunteer journey began in his local community through after school programs and played a significant role on his time with The National Hispanic Institute. Marc currently resides in Philadelphia and often visits his family in Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic.
