Ishell was born and raised in Venezuela and has been living in the United States since 2009.   She is an accomplished Marketing and Technology Professional, who holds bachelor’s degrees in chemical and industrial engineering. Ishell began her professional career at Avon Products in Venezuela, where she held cross-functional roles in Business Transformation, Commercial Marketing and Project Management in the IT organization, supporting multiple countries across Latin America and the U.S. over a 12-year period.

In her day job at Diageo, Ishell manages the consolidation and optimization of the Data, Analytics, and Insight support model. This helps business users make faster decisions and grow the business with purpose. In her “passion job,” Ishell is one of the co-chairs of the Hispanic and Latino Business Resource Group at Diageo, called CONECTADOS.

Ishell is an includer, positive communicator, achiever and self-motivated leader who has an excellent sense of teamwork based on commitment, trust, fairness, and loyalty.
