Hector Alfageme is the Vice President of FP&A for McKesson Financial Services & Solutions where he supports the Senior Vice president and GM of FSS and leads a team that manages over $2B of expenses for the Enterprise.

Prior to joining McKesson in 2021, Hector spent eighteen years at General Electric, where he graduated from 2 leadership programs: FMP & Corporate Audit Staff to then join GE Healthcare where he held multiple positions including Executive Finance Leader for Global Sourcing & Executive FP&A Leader for Global Services and led the Finance Management Program for GE Healthcare.

Throughout his career Hector has been involved in ERGs and other DEI organizations. He currently serves as Treasurer for the Professional Association of Latinos at McKesson and previously served in the board of the Hispanics Professional of Greater Milwaukee (HPGM) and as the Treasurer for GE Healthcare Hispanic Forum. He is passionate about driving equal opportunity in the workplace, developing leaders and overall continuous improvement.

Hector was born and raised in the North of Mexico and currently lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex with his wife and two daughters.
