Drew Castillo

Prospanica Center for Social Justice Thought Leadership Committee

Sessions: Spreading the Joy of Allyship

Drew Castillo has been attending Prospanica events for 15 years. During that time, he has been elected to multiple Board Leadership positions for the Austin Chapter and now sits on the Prospanica Center for Social Justice Thought Leadership Committee.

When Drew hasn't been shaking hands with Latino Leaders, he has been accumulating over 20 years of experience in training and enablement on wildly diverse subjects, from "How to connect to the internet using a dial-up modem" to "how to properly splice a medium voltage cable in a mine filled with potentially volatile gasses." This has necessitated both a broad understanding of many subjects like those, as well as a very deep understanding of information security, communication, and adult learning theory.

We've invited Drew to speak on sensitive issues - information security and organizational communication. His session will be interactive, so make sure your phone is handy and able to be silenced at the appropriate times.
