Alicia Nestle is a senior manager of community engagement in the Corporate Social Responsibility function at Constellation Brands. Alicia oversees the company’s charitable giving efforts, ensuring alignment to the company’s overall goals in the areas of water stewardship, championing the professional advancement of women, serving as a catalyst for the economic development and prosperity of disadvantaged communities, and fostering a culture of responsible consumption within our company and industry. Alicia is also a global co-lead for ¡SALUD! – Constellation’s Hispanic/Latinx BRG. Before working at Constellation, she worked in higher education and was a producer and reporter for a Spanish language news and public affairs show for PBS. Alicia graduated with her master’s in management from Nazareth College in Rochester, N.Y. and her bachelor’s in film and television production from Hunter College in New York, N.Y.
